Why you should do it?

It is human nature to turn against something we fear, that is outside of our comfort zone, to bury our heads in the sand and hope it all goes away. But keeping things the same will only make matters worse. The actual problem gets worse, more symptoms develop and the feeling of guilt builds. That is no way to live. Reach out and start to get some factual answers and feasible solutions.

This will give you the peace of mind you are doing something to help yourself.

Our sessions will always be bespoke to you. I work with you at your pace to achieve the goals you are looking for. Its about you, for you. Time for you to think about what you need and what you’d like to change.

Targeted

Like an onion we all have many layers that make up our true ‘healthy’ selves. Genetics, past eating habits and current lifestyle all play a part. I’ll work closely with you to help identify the root cause and your own individual triggers.

Supportive

A verbal debrief is not enough. I have found that clients need something to take away to be able to reflect on the session and put into practice what has been discussed. 

You will feel, calmer, confident & back in control

You may be a ‘night time nibbler’ or a ‘mindless eater’, an ‘emotional eater’ or a ‘weekend cheater’ . Whatever your unconscious eating habit is, if it affects your daily life and you are not getting the nutrients you need it’s time to find and resolve those triggers.

This is a key in understanding what the root cause is of your health concern and where we need to head back to, in order to uncover and guide you to wellness and the ‘real you’

  • Blank food diary and questionnaire to fill in prior to the session.

  • One to one session up to an hour to assess what systems of the body need support and how they may overlap to cause your health concern.

  • A discussion around supplementation or testing as required Personalised nutritional report and meal plan to get you started post first session.

  • Follow up session for up to 40 minutes to discuss how the initial plan is working. This is a chance to assess where to go next on your wellness journey.

  • Guidance and support via email Helpful tools, tips, and tricks for easy meal preparation

It is also for those who find it easier to stay on track with more support and guidance on a one to one basis with more regular catch ups.

  • One to one session up to an hour to assess what systems of the body need support and how they may overlap to cause your health concern.

  • A discussion around supplementation or testing as required.

  • Personalised nutritional report and meal plan to get you started post first session.

  • 3x Follow up sessions for up to 40 minutes each to ensure you stay focused. Guidance and support via email.
